We provide Construction Management services to help clients move through planning, design, and construction with clarity and confidence. As a delivery method, Construction Management brings the builder into the process early, creating alignment between the owner, design team, and contractor to reduce risk and improve outcomes.
Builder Led Delivery
Our involvement typically begins early in design, where we add value through constructability input, cost modeling, and schedule insight. In most cases, we serve as both Construction Manager and Constructor (CMc), assuming financial responsibility for the project under a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP).
General Contracting
Straightforward Delivery
We provide General Contracting services for projects with a clearly defined design and scope of work. General Contracting is a delivery method in which the builder is brought on after design is complete and is responsible for delivering the project in accordance with the owner and design team’s documents.
Built on Execution
Our involvement typically begins once the project is shovel-ready. In this role, we assume financial responsibility for construction and deliver the work based on the drawings and specifications provided by the owner and design team.

GMD’s Self-Perform Operations is developing in-house teams for selective demolition, concrete, and carpentry. We are investing in the resources and personnel to selectively self-perform where it adds value, enhancing flexibility, improving control over quality and schedule, and allowing us to step in when needed to keep work moving.

Even when self-performing, we operate as part of a broader team effort, taking ownership and delivering results that meet the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
