Construction Management
GMD's Construction Management team provides construction advisory services to assist clients in navigating the planning, design, and construction processes. Our point of entry as a Construction Manager is typically early on in the design process where our perspective as a construction professional can add value to the design and cost estimating processes. In most cases we are hired to serve as both Construction Manager and Constructor (CMc) and assume financial responsibility for the construction of the project.
General Contracting
GMD's General Contracting team provides construction services on projects that have a straightforward design and clear scope of work. Our point of entry as a General Contractor is typically after the design of the project is complete and the project is shovel ready. We assume financial responsibility for construction of the project based on the design and scope of work provided by the client and design team.
Self Performance
GMD’s Self-Perform Operations is developing in-house teams for selective demolition, concrete, and carpentry. We are investing in the resources and personnel to selectively self-perform where it adds value, enhancing flexibility, improving control over quality and schedule, and allowing us to step in when needed. We maintain strong relationships with local subcontractors and suppliers and are known for our fair, ethical treatment of trade partners. We take ownership of our work, hold one another accountable, and take pride in delivering exceptional results on every project.
