He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction Management from Purdue University and has led work across the education, industrial, and corporate sectors. At GMD Construction, Greg oversees estimating, preconstruction, and project operations.

Derek Hagan brings 18 years of field leadership experience in commercial construction, with a focus on industrial manufacturing, corporate, and self-perform concrete work. He earned an Associate of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Technology, both from Purdue University. Derek leads on-site operations with a focus on safety, field productivity, quality and schedule adherence.

Senior Project Coordinator

Elisa Meredith has eight years of experience in project administration and construction coordination. Her expertise includes subcontractor procurement, contract and insurance compliance, submittal management, and project billing. Elisa plays a critical role in project documentation and stakeholder communication, ensuring consistent support throughout the construction process.

Matthew Schmitz brings 25 years of experience in large scale commercial construction, with a focus on business operations, construction risk management, and supply chain procurement. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Indiana University. At GMD Construction, Matthew is responsible for financial oversight, contracting and insurance compliance, and risk management.
