GMD Construction is a family owned and operated full service commercial construction company based in Westfield, Indiana. Founded in 2023 by Greg Delagrange, Matthew Schmitz, and Derek Hagan, our leadership team brings over 57 years of combined experience in the large scale commercial construction industry.

While our name may be new, our team has led complex projects across Indiana for decades. From historic renovations to technically demanding lab environments, we’ve delivered safe, high-quality outcomes in some of the most challenging conditions.
