About Us

GMD Construction is a family owned and operated full service commercial construction company based in Westfield, Indiana. It was founded in 2023 by colleagues, Greg Delagrange, Matthew Schmitz, and Derek Hagan. Together, they share 57 years of experience in the large scale commercial construction industry.

Our projects come in all different shapes and sizes. Some complex, some simple. Some with high end finishes, some with standard finishes. The depth of our previous project experience is comprehensive. Our team has built buildings both twenty feet below sea level as well as one mile above. Seldom do we come across design details or construction challenges we haven’t already successfully overcome.

Strong relationships have always been at the core of our success. Building successful construction projects is more than just the assembly of concrete and steel.
